Outside of FIA, I'm also involved in KXSC (college radio) and interested in working with music, print media and film. My mother worked in fashion and so subconsciously I grew up around it, but I didn't get really into it until high school, where I learned to develop my own sense of style and began seeing fashion as an inherent way to read taste and personality.

Outside of FIA I am involved in PASA (Pan African Student Association) - Creative Director, Haute Magazine - Director of Photography), BCC (Business Cosmetics Club) - intern, and I work as a stylist at Good American. I got into fashion because it always felt like the most honest way to express myself. Instead of constantly explaining who I am, I can just show people through what I create, style, and wear. For me, fashion is a language.
