The Fashion Industry Association serves to promote community around educational, professional and social opportunities within fashion at USC.
OUR TEAMS-

EVENTS
WHAT WE DO
Our programming and event planning team is responsible for planning our larger events (including venue, vendors, catering if needed and supplies), planning e-board and member socials, coordinating FIA parties, planning retreat and picking a theme and concept for the annual spring fashion show.

OUTREACH
WHAT WE DO
Outreach is responsible for reaching out to panelists and vendors for our panels and FIA Fairs respectively. They also recruit VIP attendants for our spring fashion show.

COMMS X OPS
WHAT WE DO
Our communications and operations team sends out regular newsletters to FIA general members, monitors our GroupMe channels, checks and responds to our emails, manages internal affairs, confirms event registration and is the go-to voice and connection between our e-board and general members.

CASTING
WHAT WE DO
The casting team is in charge of selecting models for the spring fashion show, as well as maintaining efficient and effective collaboration between models and designers.

MEDIA
WHAT WE DO
Our media team is responsible for posting photos and graphics on our Instagram, responding to and monitoring our DMs, working closely with all departments to promote FIA events and creating a marketing campaign for the spring fashion show.

FINANCE
WHAT WE DO
Our finance team handles inquiries about FIA general member dues, as well as any of the payments for our larger events, such as parties or the fashion show.
