OUR TEAMS-

EVENTS
WHAT WE DO
The Events team plans and executes FIA's programming, primarily our annual Spring Fashion Show. Additionally, the Events team organizes our E-Board Photoshoot, professional workshops, socials, and bonding/networking events.
Responsibilities include creative ideation/planning, venue sourcing, vendor coordination, and general logistics. This team works closely with Media, Outreach, and Casting to ensure events are well-organized, engaging, and aligned with FIA's vision.

OUTREACH
WHAT WE DO
The Outreach team is responsible for building relationships with brands, alumni, vendors, panelists, and sponsors. This includes conducting cold outreach, leveraging existing connections, and tracking communications to support panels, FIA Fairs, bonding events, and the Spring Fashion Show.

COMMUNICATIONS
WHAT WE DO
The Communications team manages FIA's internal and external messaging. This includes producing weekly newsletters, maintaining the FIA website, overseeing Slack channels, responding to emails, confirming event registrations, and supporting recruitment and engagement efforts. The team also collaborates with Media and Events on copywriting and digital storytelling.

CASTING
WHAT WE DO
The casting team is in charge of selecting models for the spring fashion show, as well as maintaining efficient and effective collaboration between models and designers.

MEDIA
WHAT WE DO
The Media Team defines how the world sees FIA. We lead the art direction, production, and execution of all creative assets, from immersive videography to strategic marketing campaigns. By blending brand strategy with high-end ideation, we manage FIA's digital presence and collaborative marketing campaigns.

FINANCE
WHAT WE DO
The Finance team oversees FIA's financial processes, including collecting member dues, managing reimbursements, tracking budgets, and supporting fundraising and sponsorship efforts. This team plays a key role in budgeting for major initiatives such as panels and the Spring Fashion Show, while working closely with Outreach and FIA's presidents to ensure financial clarity and accountability.
